Robbery Resources
Does your credit union know what to do?
Credit union management, staff and volunteers should know what steps to take before, during and after a robbery has occurred at the credit union. The following is a compilation of several resources available to MCUA member credit unions.
No Hats, No Hoods, No Sunglasses Robbery Prevention Program

The "No Hats, No Hoods, No Sunglasses" Robbery Prevention Program helps credit unions step up security efforts. By asking members to remove hats, hoods, and sunglasses before coming into the credit union, it makes it easier to identify suspects and discourages robbers from targeting credit unions in the first place.
